I work with all types of populations including beginners, pre- and post-natal, children, limited mobility, intermediate and advanced yogis. Every session will be aligned based on your individual practice and goal and each yoga sequence will be built to help you attain that goal.

I am a certified 500-hour registered yoga teacher that has gone through various certified training programs, specializing in a variety of different practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Children’s, Pre- and post-natal, Nidra, and more. Yoga With E, is devoted to providing comfortable and safe guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body while still reaching those goals.
