Three Step Process

Every health and fitness plan is divided into three separate steps in order to ensure that living a healthy, active lifestyle becomes a sustainable part of your life, rather than just chasing a new diet or exercise fad.

Nutrition

Having good nutrition is an essential part of feeling better, improving overall health, and enjoying life. But what does “good” nutrition really even mean? During this step you will learn just that and what matters most to what matters least and how to balance energy input to energy output.

Exercise and Recovery

Finding an exercise routine that is structured around you, your body and your goals can lead to long-term success. Just as grinding hard in the gym is important, so is taking the time to allow your body to recoup from all that hard work.

Making Nutrition and Exercise Work in Real Life

Life doesn’t pause to give you a chance to exercise and eat nutritiously. We will build a plan that works around you, your life, and all of life’s unexpected moments. Even with an impossible schedule, there is always an accommodation that we can find together to reach your goals.

 That all sounds amazing, but how does this all work?

  • There are three flexible payments options.

    $40/week

    $120/month

    $600/6 months

  • I utilize a personal training app that will track your progress, nutrition and workouts. Once you’re ready, I will send you an invite to download the app and from there, everything will be posted into your calendar.

    It is all customized to fit your schedule and goals. You will also have freedom to move workouts around if you need to swap days.

  • No. If you have no equipment, we can build a training program utilizing body weight or even objects from around the house. If you have gym equipment at home, I’ll build the program around what you have.

  • All exercises will be accompanied with a video of offer guidance on correct alignment and technique.

  • You can always reach out to me. You will be provided with my phone number to reach out with any questions or concerns. We are also able to communicate through the training app. Any time I will be unavailable, I will let you know ahead of time.
